Mariana Jaber

I am a cosmologist working at the interface of theory and observations, using computational methods to study large-scale structure, peculiar velocities, the cosmic web, dark energy, and modified gravity. I am a Principal Investigator at the Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, having previously held postdoctoral positions in Poland and completed my physics studies and PhD in Mexico.

I teach and supervise students in cosmology and data analysis, referee for leading journals, and participate in international collaborations such as WST and CLUES. My work has been supported by competitive grants (including an NCN SONATA grant) and I am active in outreach and mentoring initiatives aimed at broadening participation in science.
